Use this form to make a reservation request to the Canoe Kentucky staff.
    
     All reservations must be received by close of business the day before your scheduled trip. Weekend reservations need to be done by close of business on the Friday before. All reservations are prepaid. This is taken care of after Canoe Kentucky staff has received your request and called you back to confirm.
